Ellen works with her clients to design and deliver customized programs that focus on building values-driven authenticity, leadership communication skills, strategies for effective teamwork supported by individual coaching and assessments.
In these projects, Ellen works closely with the senior leadership team to define the goals for their leadership development investment designing a unique program that is supportive of the company’s culture. Program participants receive a confidential Birkman assessment, opportunities for one on one coaching and attend a series of 4 to 6 group workshops delivered on site over a 4 month period.
As a certified Team Coach, Ellen engages in this highly specialized form of coaching; partnering with senior executives and their direct reporting teams to enhance their performance as a team both on what they do, and how they do it. Ellen begins by interviewing all team members to create a composite picture of the steam’s strengths and areas for development.
The team defines their goals for their development. Ellen supports them and provides “in the moment” feedback and tools to accelerate performance by attending the team’s regular business meetings over a 6 to 12 month period. The impact of this unique relationship between coach and team goes far beyond “team building” events.
